PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE COMPLAINTS TO ICC

1. Make sure to provide a clear and detailed description of the incident including dates, times, locations, witnesses if any and the contact information of the complainant.

2. Upload any relevant evidences such as Emails, text messages, photographs or other documentation that can support the complaint.

3. Before submitting the complaint, review the information entered to ensure it is accurate and complete.

4. After the submission of the complaint you might receive an acknowledgement which might include information about what happens next and who will be handling your case.

5. The ICC will initiate an investigation into the complaint which involves speaking to the involved parties, gathering evidence and conducting interviews.

6. Based on the findings of the investigation, the ICC will determine if any action needs to be taken. This could range from counseling and sensitization to more severe measures like disciplinary actions.

7. The complainant will be kept informed of the progress and outcome of the investigation. If necessary the complainant might be required to provide additional information during this process.

8. The Information provided and the investigation process are always kept confidential to protect all parties involved.
