Objective

Sexual harassment in the workplace is a sensitive issue that requires caution, patience, and understanding. Our goal is to ensure a harmonious and harassment-free environment for all employees. To achieve this, complaints must be resolved promptly. The functioning of the Internal Committee will demonstrate the organization’s commitment to women’s safety and the protection of their rights.
