• Worked as a Tutor at Medical College, Kottayam for 3 years
• Rejoined the Medical Education Department in Kerala and served as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor at Alappuzha and Kottayam Medical Colleges
• Retired as Head of the Department of Orthopaedics in 2022
• Currently working as a Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at Al Azhar Medical College and Supervisor at Speciality Hospital, Thodupuzha
